Climate change is an urgent threat affecting all New Yorkers, and we stand behind NYC's commitment to reducing our biggest source of emissions: buildings. However, co-ops and condos face unique challenges in cutting pollution and we need more support.

That’s why members of the Green Co-op Council are uniting to advocate for policies to make green building improvements more accessible and affordable. We represent shareholders throughout NYC who want to enjoy the benefits of greener buildings to improve our homes, our health, and the environment.
